The roof is done on this one. That's a big milestone on any new home build - and it's one of the most important boxes to check before the rest of the work can really move forward. Once the roof is buttoned up, the whole structure is protected and the interior trades can get in and do their thing.

We tackled the full roofing installation on this home, and from every angle you can see how clean the lines came out. The dark shingles sit tight against the white fascia and trim work, and the multiple roof planes all tie together without any awkward transitions. That kind of clean roofline doesn't happen by accident - it takes careful layout and consistent execution from start to finish.

Roofing on a new build is different from a standard replacement job. Everything has to be done right the first time. There's no peeling back old layers to see what went wrong underneath. You're building the weather barrier from scratch, so the flashing details, the ridge work, and the shingle pattern all have to be spot-on from day one.

There's still work happening around the exterior - you can see materials staged around the home as the rest of the build progresses. But with the roof wrapped up, this home is moving in the right direction. We'll have more updates to share as MW Construction keeps pushing this one forward.

This is the kind of work we take seriously at every stage. A well-installed roof protects everything else that goes into a home. Get it right up top, and the rest of the build starts on solid ground.
